No, signing up is not required for Book-a-Session. Simply choose a mentor profile, select a slot, and provide basic details like your name, email, and phone number. Complete the payment, and your booking is confirmed.
How do I make an appointment through Book-a-Session on NeoYug?
Visit the mentor’s profile on our platform, pick a suitable time slot, and fill in your details (name, email, phone number). After making the payment, your session will be successfully booked—no account creation needed.

What can I expect from a One on One Book-a-Session?
You will receive tailored advice, insights, healing, and actionable guidance directly from your chosen mentor based on your specific goals or challenges.
How long does a session last?
Healing and transformation are deeply personal journeys. Session timings and the number of sessions vary depending on the modality, mentor, and your individual needs.
Can I reschedule my session?
Yes, you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your session. Rescheduling within 48 hours may not be guaranteed.
What if I am late for a session?
Sessions will begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in shorter sessions without compensation.
Are sessions recorded?
No, sessions are not recorded unless both you and the mentor explicitly agree for specific purposes.

What is the energy exchange amount for a session?
The energy exchange amount varies based on the mentor, the type of session, and the number of sessions booked. Each mentor offers their own pricing structure, which is clearly mentioned on their profile page. You can choose from individual sessions or discounted multi-session packages based on your needs.
What is the payment process for booking a session?
All sessions must be booked in advance through our official platform. Payments can be made securely via online payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, or other payment gateways provided at checkout.
Can I cancel my session after booking?
No, cancellations are not possible. However, rescheduling is allowed within 3 months of the original booking date.
Can I reschedule my session?
Yes, you can reschedule your session. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to mentor availability and will be confirmed via email or through our platform
What is the refund policy for Book-a-Session?
We do not offer refunds for booked sessions. However, you can reschedule your session if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

In the rare case that your mentor needs to cancel a session, you will be offered the choice to reschedule at a mutually convenient time or receive a full refund for the cancelled session.

If you encounter any technical issues that disrupt the session, please contact our support team immediately. We will assess the situation and either reschedule the session or provide an appropriate solution based on the circumstances.
